One of my friends work at a "prestigious" governmental hospital in SA and she was blowing off some steam, telling me about the patients, no matter if they're diabetics, suspected cervical cancer patients, patients with any kind of heart failure, patients that are scheduled to have a surgery, or patients who receive a new medication for any medical problem, they all share the same concern... CAN I STILL HAVE SEX?
IS IT GOING TO EFFECT MY SEX DRIVE?

I like to analyse things,and after analysing the situation, I thought to my self can you really blame them?
recent studies shows that almost 25% of the saudi population lives under poverty line, and over 75% of the saudi population are in debt, and i'm assuming based on no study that saudis who do travel for pleasure outside the kingdom around 25-30% and i'm exaggerating here...
About 75% are struggling financially, many families by pay check to pay check, in somehow suppressed community "not all 75% agree that they're suppressed of course its just my point of view", where you cant express your views in some certain matters openly, and many other things, so all they have left is sex, I cant blame them take that out of the equation and they're F***ED!
the women concern even if she's a cervical cancer patient is if she cant give him sex he might get remarried
and don't forget that they do have many things to stress about, money, debt, kids, wife, filtering their words... etc
my dear friend it's their only free pleasurable outlet don't get so upset :P
