Virtue

I've always thought religious message was always about virtue, regardless of your practices in means of prayers and rituals, almost all religions implement and emphasize on how important being virtuous is when you treat your fellow human.
In Islam for instance, adultery is when you're married and you chose to cheat on your spouse with someone else; the punishment for adultery is stoning to death, and that can only happen under two conditions:
  1. The person confesses that he did that sin, without forcing or pressuring him to do so, even after confessing if that person denies it he or she shouldn't be stoned, even during stoning if they changed their minds and said i didn't do it the stoning should stop. This happens when a person want to be cleansed from their sins for good.
  2. In the case of the testimony of  4 "Virtuous" men who witnessed the act, and their testimony cant be acceptable if they saw one on top of the other under the sheets, they have to see the actual penetration. This condition is almost impossible to occur, cause no man with good morals would watch other people having sex so imagine having 4 of them watching all at the same time! And if he spied on them he wouldn't be considered a man of virtue cause Quran dictates: “Avoid much suspicion; indeed some suspicions are sins.  And spy not…”.
I believe this punishment was to symbolize how awful it is to cheat; when you see how the prophets dealt with adulterers, that women who went to prophet Muhammad and confessed her sin and he turned her 3 or 4 times asking her to go and think about it, and how when people wanted to stone a women and jesus replied: "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her".
There is always a right way to do things and a wrong one, you fell in love with someone else don't cheat just get a divorce and carryon with your relationship... Just don't fool that other person you're with
I believe that religions calls for virtue to remind and keep us grounded and aware of how our actions could affect others around us, and to remind us to confine that evil maniac inside us from hurting us and others..

Michelangelo Buonarroti

"In every block of marble I see a statue as plain as though it stood before me, shaped and perfect in attitude and action. I have only to hew away the rough walls that imprison the lovely apparition to reveal it to the other eyes as mine see it."  Michelangelo

Michelangelo was one of few amazing renaissance artists, his childhood contributed a lot in shaping and refining his skills.

Early Life

The loss of his mother at the age of 6 marked him for his entire life, few years later in the San Marco garden Lorenzo de' Medici "the magnificent" noticed how talented Michelangelo was and asked his father to let him live at his house, there Michelangelo had a continuous access with "the magnificent" collection of valuable items such as rare gems, priceless pieces, jewelery, and medals. He also had the privilege to hear and read the literature of Poliziano himself "the tutor of Lorenzo's sons.
Poliziano: "As everyone knows, a man whose man learning and brilliance is fully revealed in his writings"

Interesting facts about Michelangelo's work

It is believed that Michelangelo was religious asexual, it is said that Michelangelo never saw a women naked, which explains why he draws muscular women in all his paintings, and it influenced many other painters at his time to draw women with mens body... they thought its part of modernized art thats why you'd see many painters paintings at his time have masculine women.

"The last judgment day" on the Sistine chapel wall he showed great talent but Biagio da Cesena went to the pope criticizing Michelangelo's painting saying it was a disgrace to have nude figures in such sacred place and that they're more suited to public baths, Michelangelo directed his anger into his painting and portrayed Biogia as "Minos" with donkey ears and he covered his genitals as he requested by drawing a snake coiled around his body and biting off his genitals, he didn't stop there, he also intentionally gave him man boobs.

The statue of David was his master piece, its human anatomy craved on stones!
David is the ideal man of all time, its like stone came to life, you can see the veins, the stretched tendons through the neck.
David shows Michelangelo's talent that mimicked divine creation

"The vista of the masterpiece seemed a miracle as if the dead had been resurrected."
"In it may be seen most beautiful contours of legs, with attachments of limbs and slender outlines of flanks that are divine; nor has there ever been seen a pose so easy, or any grace to equal that in this work, or feet, hands and head so well in accord, one member with another, in harmony, design, and excellence of artistry. And, of a truth, whoever has seen this work need not trouble to see any other work executed in sculpture, either in our own or in other times, by no matter what craftsman." (Vasari 1568)

ps: its my first post in arabic cause i dont know how to write “محتسبين ” in english

How Satanism started for some..

When Christianity was introduced to the land that is known today as united kingdom, Ireland, and Scotland, pagans were forced to change their religion to Christianity, those who didn't faced a death sentence for the crimes of heresy and were burned alive...

So the oppressed pagans either changed religion, or burned alive, the ones who lived couldn't forgive the church for their crimes against them, so out of spite they read the bible, learned whose the enemy of their god so they'd worship him, so pagans came to the conclusion that Christian's hated Satan and that's when some decided to worship him...

not all deal with black magic and sacrifices as many people think, some just follow that religion to piss other people of...

meaning stop forcing your ideologies on other people it might backfire... live and let live
